Discover handcrafted luxury goods for modern fiber enthusiasts.

Many of the products you’ll find here are handcrafted by the owner of Fiberculture, in her farm based fiber studio, using as little electricity and as many natural, eco-friendly materials as possible. As a big believer in the slow living and slow textiles movement, she’s always weaving, spinning, knitting, and crafting by hand on traditional hand and foot powered tools. She lives off of the land and grows natural, sustainable foods and fibers. Uses her hands to craft beautiful, unique creations, and encourages others to do the same.

The fiber studio is located on the 36 acre homestead, nestled amongst the beautiful rolling hills of central Kentucky. Fine wool Cormo sheep, registered alpacas, and angora rabbits are raised on the farm, each with stellar genetics and extremely fine, low micron tested fiber, to create the softest luxury natural yarn and textiles from a true local source. In addition to the fiber growers, the farm is home to a substantial flock of free range chickens, heritage breed turkeys, and quail for meat and eggs. The garden produces heirloom fruits and vegetables, as well as medicinal herbs, and natural dye plants and seeds.
